Volunteers:
We are running a volunteer program in exchange for flying lessons at the school - this is a unique offer and we are looking for people that have expertise of working in a cafe environment as well as have a passion for aviation. The shifts that you work get rewarded through flying lessons. Would suit someone between ages of 16-21. Kitchen Staff:
Out of the Box Cafe based at Panshanger Aerodrome, are looking for a young, but mature enthusiastic person to study for an apprenticeship Level 2 in Professional Catering with Oaklands College while working in a team environment. Weekly wage is £2.65 per hour with additional bonuses based on NVQ performance.Key responsibilities will be as follows: 

- Preparation for service 
- Managing food stock levels 
- Routine checks on fridges and health and safety requirements 
- Learning new kitchen skills 
- Preparation and cooking cakes and soups 
- Cleaning kitchen and dishwashing area 

Successful candidates would have their own transport, positive outlook on life, commitment to learn and improve their skills. This opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about life and food and enjoys working as part of a close knit team. Hours are Tuesday to Sunday 8.30-5.30pm (8.30pm in Summer months). 

Engineers / Mechanics
We are looking for B1.2 Licensed Engineers as well as unlicensed aircraft mechanics who have experience on aircraft below 2730Kg (mainly light aircraft) to join the maintenance team. We are also looking for an engineering apprentice.
